Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you buy website design, development, support or related services from HB-DIGITAL, a web design and development business operating in the United Kingdom. Placing an order or accepting a quote means you accept these terms.
1. Services and quotes
Packages, Care plans, domain management and add-ons are described on our homepage. The price shown for a fixed package is the price you pay. Services marked “from” are quoted individually by email once we understand the scope. A quote is valid for 30 days.
2. Payment
One-off packages and add-ons are paid before work begins, through our secure Stripe checkout. Care plans are monthly subscriptions and domain management is billed yearly; both renew automatically until cancelled. All prices are in pounds sterling. If a payment fails, work and support may pause until it is settled.
3. What we need from you
To deliver on time we need your text, images, logo, domain access and timely feedback. You confirm that any material you supply is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else's rights. Delays in supplying content or feedback will extend the timescale.
4. Timescales and revisions
Indicative timescales are shown with each package and start once payment and your content are received. Each package includes reasonable rounds of revisions to the agreed scope. New pages, features or a change of direction after the design is approved are quoted separately as additional work.
5. Third-party services
Domains, hosting, email, analytics and similar services are provided by third parties under their own terms and fees. We can set them up and manage them for you, but we are not responsible for their outages, price changes or policy decisions.
6. Ownership
Once your project is paid for in full, the finished website content and design are yours. We keep ownership of any reusable underlying code, components and tools, and we may reference the completed project as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.
7. Care plans and cancellation
Care plans and domain management can be cancelled at any time. Access and support continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken. Plan upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with the difference adjusted proportionally. Care plan fees already paid are not refundable in part.
8. Cancelling a project
If you cancel a project after work has started, we may retain a fair amount for the work already completed. If we are unable to continue, we will refund the amount that relates to work not yet delivered. As these services are supplied to businesses, consumer cancellation rights do not normally apply.
9. Liability
We take reasonable care in our work but do not guarantee particular search rankings, traffic, sales or results. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions about these terms can be sent to haibeabdulkadir@icloud.com.
